Discovery Leadership Coaching was founded by two Certified Coaches, Florence and Julia, who are both very passionate to improve people’s lives – personally and professionally. Our main purpose is to make a difference and impact positive changes to the lives of as many people we encounter as possible. We believe one of the best ways to do this is by enabling those who are leaders with core coaching communication skills. This is because leaders (in the work place or otherwise) are people with influence and are in a position to have the most impact on the people who interact with them.
Our focus is therefore to work with organizations that value their people and are keen to invest and develop their human resources.
